**To delete a tag from an Auto Scaling group**

This example deletes the specified tag from the specified Auto Scaling group. ::

    aws autoscaling delete-tags \
        --tags ResourceId=my-asg,ResourceType=auto-scaling-group,Key=Dept,Value=Research

This command produces no output.
